Frequently asked questions

How do I list a part?

Tap the Sell button, add photos and a description, set a price (or mark it as a swap) and post. Listings are free — PITSTOP never takes a commission.

How do offers and swaps work?

Message a seller from any listing to ask questions or make an offer. You can offer cash, propose a part swap, or both. Payment and shipping are arranged directly between teams.

How do I get my team verified?

Add your FRC, FTC or FLL team number to your profile during sign-up or in profile settings. Verified teams get a badge on their profile and listings.

How do I report a listing or user?

Use the report option on any listing or conversation, or email us with a link to the listing. We review every report.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. This removes your personal details and deactivates your listings. You can also email us to request deletion.
